Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)

Shipping Charges
    •    Free Shipping: Orders above 500 AED qualify for free delivery.
    •    Standard Delivery Fee: Orders below 500 AED will incur a 20 AED shipping charge.

Delivery Timeframes
    •    Next-Day Delivery: Available for selected locations on orders placed before 12:00 PM (subject to availability).
    •    Next-Business-Day Delivery: Most orders in major cities are delivered within 2 working days.
    •    Other Locations: Delivery may take 2-3 working days, depending on the area.

Delivery Areas: We deliver across major cities and towns in the UAE. 

Order Tracking & Notifications
    •    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification or a call from the courier.
    •    You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

Missed Deliveries
    •    If the courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt delivery again or coordinate an alternative delivery time.
    •    You may request delivery to an office address if more convenient.

Returns & Exchanges
    •    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item received.

Overseas Shipping Policy

We proudly offer international shipping from Dubai to a wide range of destinations through our trusted courier partners.

International Shipping Rates & Charges
    •    Shipping costs vary based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and urgency.
    •    Exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or confirmed after order placement.
    •    Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, as determined by their country’s regulations.

Estimated Delivery Times
    •    Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on location).
    •    Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days (available for select destinations at an additional cost).
    •    Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Customs & Duties
    •    International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties imposed by the destination country.
    •    Customers are responsible for complying with local regulations and settling any applicable fees before receiving their package.
    •    If a shipment is returned due to non-payment of customs fees or incomplete address details, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.

Order Tracking & Notifications
    •    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    •    Updates on your shipment’s status can be checked through the courier’s tracking portal.

Returns & Exchanges for International Orders
    •    International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method.
    •    Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
